Biography

Attorney Louis Fristensky is a dedicated advocate with a strong foundation in both legal theory and practical application. After spending over 10 years working as a paralegal for various attorneys, Louis earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2019. His experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the legal process—from drafting and filing complaints, setting hearings and depositions, to negotiating settlements and arguing in court. Louis focuses his practice on family law, criminal defense, and personal injury, and is committed to providing personalized, efficient representation to each client. He likes to resolve cases as quickly as possible.

Known for his hands-on approach and in-depth procedural knowledge, Louis is both a skilled attorney and experienced paraprofessional - taking pride in being one of the few attorneys who not only knows how to draft a lawsuit, but file it, as well. He brings the same dedication to his clients as he does to his personal life: communication, collaboration, and competence.

When he’s not working on cases, Louis enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Sophia and Luna. A whippet and boxer/whippet mix which he affectionately refers to as his daughters.
